SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Owners of Ōnuku Māori Lands Trust will be held as follows:

Venue: Te Ao Mārama – Ōhinemutu
A Special General Meeting of shareholders is being called to discuss Geothermal exploration on Onuku Maori Lands Trust. This follows a decision by those present at the Annual General Meeting in February 2026 for the Trust to call this extra meeting to enable our shareholders to discuss this proposal in full.
EDUCATION GRANTS
Grant applications closed on 10 April 2026. We are currently reviewing the applications received.
ONUKU AGM
Our AGM was held on Saturday 21st February 2026. Our owners were taken on a bus out to the farm following the meeting.
Barnett Vercoe, after 24 years of dedication to the Trust retired and Victor Edelsten was elected as a trustee.
Our Kaumatua grants have been paid on 15 December 2025. If you are an owner or a descendant of an owner over 65 years of age and are not receiving your Kaumatua grant, please get in touch with Perpetual Guardian Rotorua to provide them with your details.
